Development phase: Active Build

System

Live performance and long-term adaptation.

AI PACER separates what happens during the session from how your body recovers afterward. Real-time metrics guide the moment. HRV and trends guide the plan.

Live session monitor

Real-time metrics

Heart rate142 bpm
Pace7:54 / mi
RPE6 / 10
Cadence172 spm

During the session, AI PACER responds to what you’re doing right now — effort, pacing, and execution.

Recovery intelligence

HRV over time

7-day HRV trend−9% vs baseline

Adaptation statusborderline load

HRV doesn’t change second-to-second. It shows how your nervous system is adapting across days and weeks.

Next block adjustments

Guided by recovery, not ego

  • Dial back intensity on the next key session by 5–10%.
  • Extend recovery windows between hard efforts.
  • Protect one additional easy / rest day this week.
  • Flag the block for review if HRV trend stays suppressed.

Real-time data shapes the session. HRV and long-term trends shape the training architecture.

Human + machine

Built from Ironman miles, not just models.

AI PACER comes out of long-course training — Ironman, marathons, fatigue, overreaching, and the reality that recovery matters more than any single workout.

As an endurance athlete with HRV training, I learned that the most important metric isn’t how hard you can go today — it’s how consistently you can come back tomorrow. HRV became the lens for understanding whether my nervous system was absorbing the work or quietly falling apart.

AI PACER is being designed to give that same awareness to anyone training with intention. The system watches your effort in real time, then uses HRV and trends to shape the next block: less guesswork, less bravado, more smart adaptation.
